Review: “QuickTrack Pro” Time-Tracking App
I started using QuickTrack Pro on January 8 to log hours for our client billing at Hensley Design. Setup took about 10 minutes, and importing projects from a spreadsheet worked on the first try. The timer runs smoothly on my phone and laptop, and the weekly summary makes it easy to spot missing entries before submitting timesheets. Two issues: the app sent reminder notifications at 6:00 A.M. by default, which I changed in Settings, and the PDF export sometimes cuts off long project names. Customer support (I emailed support@quicktrackpro.com on January 12 at 3:40 P.M.) replied within two hours and suggested shortening labels or exporting to CSV instead. At $9.99 per user per month, it is not the cheapest option, but it has reduced billing errors for our team. I would recommend it to small agencies that bill by the hour.

Review: ClipNote Pro Digital Recorder
Posted on March 12 by Dana Ruiz (Customer Support Team) I bought the ClipNote Pro digital recorder for our weekly client calls, and it has improved my note-taking. Setup took about five minutes, and the device paired with my laptop immediately. The sound is clear in a small meeting room, even when two people speak at once. The battery lasted through three 45-minute calls before I needed to recharge. Two issues: the included USB-C cable is only 20 cm long, so I had to use my own cable at my desk. Also, the “Auto-Label” feature sometimes names files with the wrong date (my March 8 recording was saved as March 7). Customer service replied within 24 hours and suggested updating the firmware by March 20. Overall, it is a good choice for staff who must write accurate call summaries.
