In many countries, the proportion of older people is steadily increasing. Some argue that this trend will lead to serious problems for society, while others believe that society can adapt and benefit from an ageing population. To what extent do you agree or disagree that population ageing is a serious problem? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
